Reneé Normandy-Shane has made the move to Keller Williams Port St. Lucie. She has had a passion for real estate in our area for 12 years and has decided to take her business and clients to Keller Williams. Reneé graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Of course, she is a die-hard Gator fan and Delta Gamma Alumni. Reneé’s business career has always been centered around consumer sales and marketing. Reneé has had the honor of working for large corporations such as The Coca-Cola Company and Duracell Products Company. After extensive travel with these companies in management positions, she returned to Florida and began a rewarding real estate career.
Reneé was a Top Producer for Coldwell Banker over the last 10 years, with recent honors from Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle and International Diamond awards. She now boasts being ranked as in the top 3% of realtors in St. Lucie County. She has sold over $56 Million in South Florida real estate and served a 324 South Florida residents and counting. Reneé has built her success on a simple principle. She treats her clients the way she wants to be treated; with customer service as a number one priority. With a retention rate of 64% and 30 clients served so far in 2018, Reneé is over halfway to her annual goal of helping 50 people find their dream homes or sell their property. Additionally, as a native Floridian who has lived in 4 South Florida counties, Reneé brings a wealth of information on real estate trends, market values, county governments, and future developments plans.
In her spare time, Reneé enjoys her family life, sports, and her artwork. Although she and her supportive husband, Ronnie, have no children, they love to adopt the “4 legged ones who need a loving home.” Reneé is also a noteworthy artist and was chosen as Commemorative Poster Artist for Sunfest 1999, Delray Affair 2000, 2001, 2002. She and her husband currently live in The Lakes at Tradition. She is very active in the HOA committees and feels volunteering her time and investing in her community is very rewarding. Her favorite days are at the beach, the golf course or shopping at a Lily Pulitzer store.
