Can I put more than one property on a listing?

o. Each property listed must have it's own listing. Information referencing additional properties in the listing will be deleted without notice or refund.
 
What do you mean by accessible?

M
inimum accessibility requirements for inclusion are - an individual using a wheelchair must be able to access all relevant areas of the property including full WHEELCHAIR access to the toileting and bathing facilities and any cooking or other preparatory areas.

Simply having a level entrance or no outside stairs is NOT accessibility, it is only a level entrance. Listings without the minimum required sanitary facility access will be deleted.

STEP BY STEP LISTING INSTRUCTIONS

elect your listing type - you can choose to go on a Subscription pay as you go plan, or you can choose a Pay Per Listing package which offers time limited listings (you can change the listing info at any time). Subscriptions are handled automatically by Paypal and notifications are sent when your listing is nearing it's expiration date.

Choose SUBSCRIPTION if you would like your listing(s) to renew automatically. You can select single listing or bulk listing packages to suit your needs. These Packages are fully RENEWABLE as a group for ongoing service - you do not have to renew each listing account individually and they are all fully editable for the duration of your package - saving you valuable time.

Choose PAY PER LISTING if you would like your listing to EXPIRE on a certain date. You can extend these listings on a monthly basis but they are not renewable as a package, so each listing will be handled individually.

Enter YOUR information in the first screen. The IMAGES in this screen refer to YOUR photos - headshot, company logo etc. The AGENT PHOTO is YOUR photo or company logo. There is space for three photos in this area.

Enter your LISTING information in the next area. Mandatory fields are marked with * (the star symbol).

Select EDIT IMAGES and upload your photos. Image sizes are 400 pixels wide by 300 pixels high and 150,000k.

You can edit any part of your listing at any time via the administration panel which will open when you log in.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please do not enter your information in ALL CAPS and please refrain from using punctuation as DISPLAY FEATURES to separate items etc. These situations interfere with our accessibility features and are not allowed on the site. Listings with punctuation as display features and those with ALL CAPS in any capacity (other than legitimate acronyms) will be set as inactive until they are edited by one of our site administrators.

 
Which is right for me?

he differences between Subscription and Pay Per Listing are - the way they are renewed and the way in which they are paid for.

Both listing types offer the EXACT same listing options and packages and all listings are fully editability for the duration of the listing. Your listing sold or rented? No problem. Just put a different property in it's place.

Subscription Listings remain active until you cancel them and you can activate and deactivate as you wish. You can choose individual listings or multiple listing packages. Ideal for ongoing and/or multiple listings - Vacation Destinations, Rentals, Real Estate Agents and offices. These listings do not expire and they are renewed as a package at the same time - (using PayPal) until you cancel.

Pay Per Listing accounts are deleted unless you manually renew them individually. You can choose individual listings or you can purchase multiple listings at the same time. Each listing has it's own start and end date (based on purchase date) and each listing is set to automatically expire if it is not renewed manually. Pay Per Listing Accounts are ideal for users who work on a cash basis, would prefer not to have an ongoing account, those who would like to make a determination on continuation of an ad on a per ad basis, those who may prefer to use prepaid debit/credit cards, and who would like to have the listing expire at the end of the term and be deleted without action on their end.
