The villa has a private, screened, and heated pool that faces south; the pool also has a hydraulic pool hoist. There's level access at the front door, from the garage, throughout the villa, and out onto the pool deck and lanai. The entire villa is accessible throughout and sleeps eight. The villa has a roll-under kitchen sink. In the accessible master bathroom you'll find a roll-under sink, wheel-in shower with built-in seat, accessible tub, and ADA toilet. Most doors are 36 inches wide. The two master suites sleep 4, as do the two extra bedrooms; there are a total of 4 bathrooms. Serondilla's ideal for two families or small group to share. The villa's located in a small, private gated community and backs on to an orange grove; it's off of CR 54, close to Interstate 4 and US 27, and only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Located 10 minutes from DisneyWorld, an hour from the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, and 90 minutes from Daytona, it's the ideal vacation location to take in golf or MLB Spring Training. Prices differ during the year. No smoking and no pets, please.
